Set-up
- Wrap: Wrap each strap around a sturdy anchor ~3–4 m apart (trees/posts/roof-racks).
- Clip: Clip the carabiners at each end of the hammock through a loop in the strap.
- Relax: Adjust until perfect... Then simply relax and enjoy
Tip: choose healthy trees (≥ 15 cm diameter). Avoid fragile bark. Always use our safe, tree-friendly straps.

If your hammock ever fails due to a product or manufacturing fault, we’ll make it right with a replacement or a full refund.Normal wear and tear, misuse, or sun damage aren’t covered. For claims, email us with your order number and photos, and we’ll sort a repair or replacement where eligible.
Does it come with straps?
Yes — every hammock comes with the straps and carabiners needed to hang it straight away.
How long does it take to set up?
Once you’ve done it once or twice, setup can take as little as 60 seconds. Just wrap, clip, and relax.
Are they easy to get in and out of?
Yes — very easy. Our hammocks are designed to feel sturdy and supportive, so they don’t swallow you up like some traditional hammocks.
The easiest way to get in is to simply sit in it like a seat, then swing your legs over. To get out, just do the reverse.
What if I can’t find two trees?
No worries — you’re not limited to trees.
Your hammock can also be attached to sturdy posts, beams, roof racks, hammock stands, and other solid anchor points.
Can I use it with a hammock frame?
Yes — our hammocks work with most compatible hammock stands and frames, as long as the sizing and weight rating are suitable.
