Covered
Manufacturing defects in:
- The hammock fabric
- Stitching and seams
- The straps
- The carabiners
- Workmanship
Not covered
- Accidents or improper use
- Normal wear and tear
- Sun damage and fading
What "lifetime" means
For as long as you have your hammock and we're operating. This warranty is on top of your rights under consumer law, including New Zealand's Consumer Guarantees Act.
How to make a claim
1. Email us
Send your name, order number and photos of the problem to contact@twilloutdoors.com.
2. We take a look
We'll reply within 1–2 business days and check what's happened.
3. We put it right
If it's a manufacturing defect, we'll repair or replace it, or refund you if we can't do either.
