Set-up
- • Wrap straps around two sturdy anchors ~3–4 m apart (trees/posts/roof-racks).
- • Clip carabiners to strap loops.
- • Relax. (Keep adjusting the set-up until it’s perfect for you.)
Tip: choose healthy trees (≥ 15 cm diameter). Avoid fragile bark. Always use our safe, tree-friendly straps.
Lifetime Warranty
Our “no funny business” Lifetime Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. As long as you’re around, and Twill Outdoors is operating, your hammock is covered under warranty.
Normal wear and tear, misuse, or sun damage aren’t covered. For claims, email us with your order number and photos, and we’ll sort a repair or replacement where eligible.
