Returns

We’re certain you’re going to love your hang-mock. However, we won’t hold it against you if you don’t! 

We accept returns of hang-mocks that are yet to hung, and in brand new condition within 30 days of purchase. If your item(s) meet this criteria please give us a shout at contact@twilloutdoors.com to start the return process. 

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs and refunds will only be given on purchase price only (shipping costs are non-refundable).
